Audit Programme

The audit and guideline development programme for each year is confirmed at the annual review meeting held in Spring.  Topics are chosen by the group using a voting system to determine priorities.  This has been done either by voting at the meeting or by using an electronic survey.  There is input to the choice of topic from user representatives.  The topics include those that are important to people with palliative care needs and the healthcare professionals looking after them, common clinical scenarios in palliative care and the provision and management of service.
